Due to the nature of our products — including hair, hair care, and press-on nails — all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

These items are considered personal-use products and cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.

Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

Once verified, a replacement will be issued if available.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 72 hours.

  • Your order number

Once confirmed, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please:

  • Check your delivery area
  • Ask neighbors or household members
  • Contact your local carrier

Skye Couture Co is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Shipping & Address Responsibility

Some cases may require a carrier investigation before a replacement is approved.

Incorrect Shipping Info

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will be required to resend it.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not issued for:

Refunds may only be considered if:
